Greenwheels Rewards is becoming Coins
From 18 November 2026, you'll be using the new Greenwheels app. The way you earn discounts is changing too. Here's what this means for your personal rewards.
Greenwheels Rewards is becoming Coins
Greenwheels Rewards, the programme you currently use to earn discounts, is being replaced by Coins. With Coins, you'll be able to earn discounts not only by taking trips with Greenwheels, but also by using Check's shared cars, scooters and bikes. Coins gives you even more ways to earn discounts. You'll discover all the details in the new app in mid-November.
Claim your current rewards in time
As the programme is changing, your current progress will expire on 18 November 2026. You can still reach milestones and claim rewards up to and including 17 November. Have you earned a reward (or are you close to earning one) but haven't claimed it yet? Make sure you do so by 17 November at the latest. After this date, you'll no longer be able to access your personal Rewards dashboard.
Add voucher codes to your account
Have you received a voucher code as a reward? Make sure you add it to your account by 17 November at the latest. To do this, enter the code in the Vouchers section, which you'll find in your account menu. You won't be able to add these voucher codes to your account in the new app.
All done? Then you're ready for the new Greenwheels app and to start earning Coins.
