Here’s how it works: From 3 March, check all the available milestones in your Rewards dashboard.
Complete an action or take a trip with Greenwheels to achieve a milestone. Each milestone is unique.
Have you achieved one or more milestones? If so, you can claim your reward in your dashboard. Nicely done!

Questions & answers

What is the Rewards dashboard?
This is your personal overview of all the milestones available to you. Here, you can see which milestones you have already achieved and which ones you can still complete. Rewards, such as driving credit, can be claimed via this dashboard. You have access to your dashboard in the Greenwheels app, via the Account menu.
What are milestones?
By taking trips with Greenwheels or completing certain actions, you can achieve milestones. Examples of milestones include booking a car, completing trips, completing a quiz, or driving specific car types. You can find all milestones in your personal Rewards dashboard in the Greenwheels app.
What rewards can I earn?
By achieving milestones, you can earn rewards. These rewards are driving credit of various values—perfect for your trips with Greenwheels! In the future, we hope to introduce other great rewards.
How do I sign up?
Drivers on the Occasional, Regular, Frequent, or Zzp plans can sign up for Greenwheels Rewards. Simply open the app and click on Rewards in the account menu. In the Rewards dashboard that opens, you can enable the programme for your account.
Can I opt out?
Yes, you can opt out at any time via your Rewards dashboard. Once Rewards is deactivated, you will no longer be able to achieve milestones or claim rewards. However, your progress will be saved, so you can pick up where you left off if you decide to rejoin.
