Deductible at Greenwheels

 
If you rent a car with Greenwheels and the car gets damaged during your trip, the deductible is the amount you have to pay in the event of an insurance claim. This is only the case when we cannot charge the other party involved, i.e. when the damage has occured due to your actions. 
 
The basic deductible is € 500 per claim and the lowered deductible is € 75 for € 4,99 per reservation. You can adjust this excess on the Greenwheels app and website. For private and zzp users is this lowered deducitble preselected. Private users and self-employed drivers will find the reduced deductible pre-selected by default.
 
* For private users, the amount is including 21% VAT; for self-employed (zzp) and business users, it is excluding 21% VAT.

  • If you want to confirm your reservation in the app, you can choose to adjust your deductible.
  • Confirm your booking. That's it!
