Greenwheels Business. Multiple planners for your business car sharing account
At Greenwheels Business you can easily add multiple planners to your account. This way several colleagues have the option to manage your company’s shared mobility needs.
With our Planner functionality you can:
- Easily reserve a car for other colleagues. This can be weeks, days or shortly in advance;
- Invite colleagues to become a Greenwheels driver in your business account;
- Manage Greenwheels drivers from your business account.
The planner cannot view financial information and invoices. Each planner has its own login details. The Planner functionality is free with a Business account.
The account’s main user can easily promote any colleague to a planner via the website or Greenwheels app.
